Response to Swine Flu Vaccine Available To Public

I think that it is a great thing that everyone who wants to get the vaccine can. I think that everyone should get the vaccine. It gives you a way lower chance of getting it. I think that theres some people that wont get it because theve been told that they inject the swine flu into you. Then there are others that think they can just fight it off, maybe they can? Who will ever really know.

Swine Flu Vaccine Available To Public

  • Maine Health officals say vaccine is now available to all who want it
  • There is enough for everyone to get one instead of just older and young people
  • Received a large shipment of vaccine
  • 500,000
  • Health officials urge everyone to get vaccinated
  • 13 people have died in Maine from swine flu
  • Although the number of diagnoses has been decreasing
  • They think the virus will continue for months or years

Response to Girl died of "swine flu" one day after hospital sent her home

I think that this is awful. If people don't want to take the time and read the blood test results and the x-ray results then they shouldn't be a doctor. I can understand that there is probably a lot of people that go into the hospital and say that they have swine flu when they really don't. But it is there job to read the results, they don't take them for nothing. They can't just asume that theres nothing wrong with her and send her home because look at what happened. If I was this family I would have those doctors fired in a heartbeat!

Girl Died of "swine flu" ond day after hospital sent her home

  • Her father took her to the hospital
  • Hospital sent her home
  • Said give her Calpol and water
  • Nest day she stopped breathing and died
  • They were told that Michelle would not have died if they had kept her at the hospital
  • They trusted the doctors but not anymore
  • Doctors did not carry out the blood test or X ray before sending her home
